Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate of $12.95
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Free for orders over $50
- Includes basic tracking
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Noisy May piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- In the original packaging with all protective coverings intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact)
- Knitwear & Sweats that show any signs of wear
- All sale items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Complete the return request form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and protective coverings.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- Customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International refunds may take 10-14 business days to process
