Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In the original packaging with all protective coverings intact

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact) and knitwear & sweats that show any signs of wear. All sale items are final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
  3. Pack your return securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and protective coverings.
  4. Ship your return to our fulfillment center at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International refunds may take 10-14 business days to process
