We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your Noisy May pieces will be carefully inspected and lovingly packaged at our Oakland headquarters before dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These additional charges vary by location and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our premium carriers provide reliable tracking every step of the journey from our Oakland studio to your closet.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, giving you plenty of time to ensure your new pieces fit perfectly with your personal style. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
